Warranty Period

Furlihong products are covered by a Limited Warranty of either 180 days or 12 months, depending on the specific product model.

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer, not the purchase date.

Please refer to the product page or user manual for the exact warranty duration of your item.

 

What’s Covered

This limited warranty covers defects in:

  • Materials
  • Manufacturing
  • Product components that fail during normal use

If a defect covered under this warranty occurs within the warranty period, Furlihong will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the defective product
  • Or send replacement parts or components for customer installation

Our goal is to provide the fastest and most practical solution based on the specific issue.

 

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or improper assembly by the customer
  • Misuse, abuse, or operation outside the intended use
  • Accidental damage, impact, or dropping
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function

Damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions in the user manual is not covered under this warranty.

 

Who Is Eligible

This warranty applies only to:

  • The original purchaser of the product
  • Products purchased through Furlihong official store or authorized sellers

 

How to Request Warranty Service

To request warranty support, please contact us and provide:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Product model
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem

  • Within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday)

 

Warranty Service Process

After reviewing your request, our support team will:

  • Confirm whether the issue is covered under warranty
  • Provide troubleshooting guidance if applicable
  • Arrange repair, replacement, or shipment of replacement parts

In some cases, customers may be asked to return the defective item or component for inspection before a replacement is issued.

 

Additional Notes

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Replacement parts or products provided under warranty do not extend the original warranty period.
