When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days of receiving full payment. If your order includes more than one product, the items may be shipped separately.
Where does Furlihong ship to?
At this time, we ship to the 48 contiguous states of the United States, and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
How can I track my order?
Once your package is ready for shipment, Furlihong will send you a tracking number. You can track your order in two ways:
Navigate to the "Track My Order" page at the bottom of our website and enter the tracking number to check the shipping status.
Use any search engine such as Google or Yahoo. Complete an internet search using the tracking number provided and the words 'tracking number' followed by the carrier’s name. For example: ‘1Z9999999999999999 tracking number UPS’.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at services@furlihong.com. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
