Furlihong's Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Items Eligible for Return
Unsatisfactory Items
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items in their original packaging for a full refund. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Wrong Item Received
If you received an item that is completely different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team with photos or videos to facilitate an exchange at no cost to you.
Defective Items
If you received a defective item, you can return it in its original packaging without any signs of wear and tear for a free replacement. Photos and videos showing the defect are required.
How to Process a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at services@furlihong.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
